With over 20 years in the employee benefits industry, I bring a personal and strategic touch to every client relationship. Having spent 15 years as a carrier representative, I’ve built a strong reputation for clear communication, exceptional service, and genuine collaboration. I specialize in helping employers navigate renewals and new business with confidence—securing competitive rates and creating tailored benefit solutions that truly fit each organization’s goals and people.

A proud University of Oregon alumna and former track athlete, I’ve always believed in discipline, integrity, and heart—values that guide how I show up for my clients every day. Outside of work, I’m passionate about animal rescue (especially my rescue pup, Stella), staying active through bocce ball and axe throwing, and empowering others to reach their fullest potential through health and wellness.
